In a park with so many steep hikes, here's a more approchable one for waterfall lovers. Bear Creek Falls is a pretty cascade just 500m from Highway 1.
The forested trail down to the waterfall viewpoint is downhill almost all the way, with some steps (keep in mind that this means uphill all the way back!)
Located at the edge of the eastern side of the park, Bear Creek Falls is usually a little quieter than other hiking trails.
A Parks Canada parks pass is required to hike this trail ($22/day for vehicle with up to 7 people).
