Benbulbin is an iconic rock formation in County Sligo, Ireland that is part of the Dartry Mountain Range. This 294-meter peak has a flat top and is believed have formed during the Ice Age from glaciers that moved in a northeast to southwest direction. It is said to be part of the hunting grounds of "The Fianna", a 3rd century band of warriors. Benbulbin has many unique features including its rich geological composition, abundance of flora & fauna, Irish legends and historical events.
