Desnivel is a parrilla in San Telmo, but not just any parrilla, it is my favorite parrilla. Yes, nostalgia plays a huge role here. In the pictures you can see me holding my "lomo a la mostaza" (tenderloin in a creamy mustard sauce), this was my first steak ever in Argentina back in 2009, love at first sight.
Then in 2010, I moved in three blocks away. I was here a lot.
I've also brought many a Texas steak connoisseur here and they have never been disappointed.
It's a bit of a greasy spoon, waiters may be friendly, they may be grumpy, the lights are bright, but I love it. It's popular for a reason.
