Cantina Piemontese dedicates particular attention to the food and wine of Ancient Piedmont where the Piedmontese gastronomic culture focuses on the traditions of creating a synthesis between Italy and France. You can choose to eat in either the main dining room or the tencitt room, which is an ancient charcoal pit of the Fabbrica del Duomo. Both rooms are beautifully designed, featuring collaborations with local craftsmen and artists to bring an authentic local ambience to the restaurant. I have eaten here twice and would highly recommend the pasta dishes, especially the Pumpkin Tortelli and Tuscan pappardelle for its authentic flavours (if it’s on the menu when you visit).
