The Save Elephant Foundation's Surin Project is an exciting initiative that seeks to protect and conserve Asian elephants in Thailand. Situated in Thailand’s Surin province, the project works to secure the welfare of local endangered elephant populations through a variety of measures, including habitat protection, active monitoring, research and education initiatives. Its ambitious goal is to create a stronghold for elephants in the area, helping to ensure their survival and pave the way for regional coexistence with humans. Through its compassionate efforts, the project has supported a number of elephants, as well as its surrounding communities.
