The stunning black sand and dramatic vibe, with lush green cliffs and rolling waves, make it the perfect escape from city life. It’s a great surf spot, I spotted about 20 locals shredding it up when I visited! Plus, it’s right next to Karekare Falls, so whether you’re a surfer or just a nature lover, it’s the ideal place to unwind and soak in the beauty of New Zealand’s North Island.
