This is an incredible free spot to see glowworms! Just make sure to bring a flashlight and wear shoes that can get wet, gumboots or thongs work great.

The cave entrance is just 100 meters from the car park, and once you step inside, you only need to walk about 20 meters before you start seeing what looks like a starry night sky on the cave ceiling. The deeper you go, the more glowworms you’ll see!

Little tip: turn off your torch for a few minutes and let your eyes adjust—you’ll be amazed at how bright they get in the darkness!
