Yu Garden, also known as Yuyuan Garden, is a sprawling Chinese garden located in Shanghai's Old City. Built in 1559 by Pan Yunduan to show filial piety to his parents, the garden features pavilions, rock formations, ponds, and intricate architecture. With over 40 scenic spots, including the iconic Exquisite Jade Rock, this historic site is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Don't miss the Nine-turn bridge, Wanhua Chamber, and the charming Yuyuan Bazaar nearby for a taste of traditional Chinese culture mixed with modern flair.
