Message from Lucy Rozza

The Casa di Riposo per Musicisti, founded by Giuseppe Verdi in 1896, is a retirement home for opera singers and musicians in Milan, Italy. Designed in a neo-Gothic style by architect Camillo Boito, the building also serves as the final resting place for Verdi and his wife, Giuseppina Strepponi. A documentary called "Tosca's Kiss" gives a peek into life at this unique musical haven. It's like a cozy retreat where retired music maestros can live out their golden years surrounded by fellow artists.
