The Castello Svevo is one of the most emblematic and impressive landmarks in Bari. Commissioned by Norman King Roger II in the 12th century, it was later rebuilt and remodeled by Frederick II of Swabia, Isabella of Aragon, and her daughter Bona Sforza. Inside, you'll find occasional art and sculpture exhibitions, adding a touch of culture to this medieval fortress.
