One of the classics of Iquique is to go sandboarding to Dragon Hill.

The city of Iquique has one of the largest urban dunes in the world: Cerro Dragón. These beautiful dunes make Cerro Dragón the ideal place to practice sandboarding (board on sand).

You can take a tour, where they will teach you about the sport and equip you to enjoy the sunset in the dunes.
