The Museum of the City of Skopje is a distinctive cultural institution located in the bustling capital of North Macedonia. Since 1949, this museum has provided an in-depth journey into the fascinating history of Skopje, from its origins around 3000 B.C. to present day. Located in the grand old railway station that was partially damaged by the devastating 1963 earthquake, the Museum boasts both permanent and rotating exhibitions dedicated to Skopje's captivating past. These include interactive displays, art galleries and much more, making it a must-visit for any traveler to the city!
