The Old Bazaar is a unique and custom experience which allows visitors to explore centuries old bazaars in their original state. Located in Skopje, Macedonia, the bazaar dates back to the Ottoman Empire, with origins in the 15th century. Visitors can wander through winding alleyways, exploring the wide array of goods on offer, filled with aromas from local specialties such as Turkish coffee and baklava. With vibrant sights and sounds from nearby musicians playing traditional instruments, the atmosphere is alive and bustling. The Old Bazaar contains hundreds of shops, extending over a four hectare area. Tourists can experience the diverse cultures while bartering and haggling for shopping and souvenirs.
