For this itinerary, you need to fly into Manila (arrival time) on a Monday morning, wednesday morning, Friday morning or Saturday morning. Because you will have to get from Manila to Batangas Port in time to board the starlite Starlite Ferry at 4PM Monday, wednesday. Friday and Saturday afternoon on the same day - you need to book your starlite ferry ticket ahead on 12Go asia https://12go.asia/en cost = 1500 PHP for tourist bunk bed
Use Grab app to get from Manila airport to PiTX terminal
Cost = 65PHP
From PITX terminal (book your ticket to Batangas Port in the terminal) you can then take the first bus to Batangas Port (there are food options in PITX terminal and a supermarket)

You will arrive at Batangas Port Bus station located a 7 min walk to Batangas port, alternatively you can catch a tuktuk to Batangas Port
Once you are at Batangas Port, go to Starlite ferry office to claim your real ticket (they will print it for you)
In the waiting hall, there are thousands of food options
You will arrive at night in Romblon so take food with you
We recommend to rent a scooter in Romblon (rent from Romblon Trancient House)

We recommend to rent a scooter in Tablas (rent from Footprints beach resort)
Cost = 600 PHP per day
In Romblon there are 2 ferry companies: Starlite ferries and Starhorse ferries (marked on map). Book your ferries to Sibuyan Island and Tablas with Starhorse ferries or Starlite (we used Starhorse) and ask them beforehand about departure times
Cresta de gallo is done as a day trip in this itinerary so ask starhorse ferry when they go to sibuyan (most likely early morning) and plan your visit with the help of my map (click on cresta de gallo for contact information of boat rental)
Same goes for Tablas (ask Starhorse staff for departure times)
To leave Tablas you need to take the 2Go ferry from Odiongan Port or fly from Tablas airport. To get to odiongan port from footprints beach resort, you need to ask the resort for a tuktuk (325PHP). The ferry is only running on thursdays and saturdays from Tablas to Caticlan at 8AM in the morning. So book your flight from Caticlan Airport (Borocay airport on a thursday or Saturday after 1PM to have enough time, in case the ferry is delayed)
