The Santuário do Bom Jesus da Lapa e da Mãe da Soledade, also known as the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus da Lapa, is a popular Catholic pilgrimage site in Bom Jesus da Lapa, Bahia, Brazil.

Discovered over 325 years ago by Portuguese painter Francisco de Mendonça Mar, who later became a monk, the sanctuary is located in a cave on the Morro de Bom Jesus da Lapa.

It's a significant destination for pilgrims and was even voted as one of the seven wonders of Brazil. With its rich history and stunning natural setting, it attracts visitors from all over seeking spiritual connection and tranquility.
