Bunes Beach on the northern side of Moskenesøy is one of Lofoten’s most stunning and secluded beaches. With its vast white sands, juxtaposed against mountainous backdrops, it can only be reached by a short ferry trip from Reine. It is worth arriving early, especially in summertime, so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds. Wander to the cliffs at the left of the beach to catch a beautiful sunset from late summer to early autumn, or stay and camp out under the stars for an unforgettable evening of stargazing. Whether you're just visiting for the day or staying overnight, Bunes Beach is an amazing spot in the Lofoten Islands waiting to be explored.
