Stunning location in the hills of Nara. This is an accommodation to stay and relax, not necessarily as a base to do lots of exploring. However, if you choose to do so, they offer a shuttle bus into the city. If you have a bit of downtime, I highly recommend to stay here for a night or two to soak up the essence of Nara.

They have rooms available with a private onsen making this ryokan perfect for my fellow tattoo lovers! The food as fantastic as well and the view over the private garden is just perfect for relaxing after a long day.
