If there’s one type of Japanese dessert I love it’s kakigori. And this is not just any type, but a kakigori shop opened by a pastry chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo. Reservations are a Must As Azuki to Kouri only seats about 7 people at a time (reservations open up at 9PM JST 7 days prior)
While this is definitely one of the most expensive kakigori you might ever try, it's incredibly delicious!
