Located on the 8th floor of LUMINE EST Shinjuku in you will find a variety of plant based ramen! In contrast to other vegan ramen spots, you'll find unique flavors here like Mira Ton and Earthy Soy Ramen. My favorite was their creamy truffle ramen! Menu changes depending on the season.
