Ibiza's most historic bar stands in the middle of the tiny village of San Carles. Bar Anita in San Carlos is located on the corner at a crossroads between two streets; it was the quintessential gathering place for artists, writers and hippies, and not surprisingly it was called “the navel of Ibiza.” In the small inner courtyard you can still see the various letterboxes that artists and residents of the area used for correspondence. A sort of unauthorized post office. Don't miss the chance to try the Hierbas Ibicencas liquor, made in house and a family tradition for over a century.

🇮🇹 Il bar più storico di Ibiza sorge nel bel mezzo del piccolissimo paesino di San Carles. Il Bar Anita a San Carlos si trova sull’angolo ad un crocevia tra due strade, era il luogo di ritrovo per eccellenza di artisti, scrittori e hippy, non a caso veniva definito “l’ombelico di Ibiza”.  Nel piccolo cortile interno ancora si possono vedere le diverse cassette delle lettere che usavano per la corrispondenza gli artisti e abitanti della zona. Una sorta di non autorizzato ufficio postale. Non perdere l'occasione di provare il liquore Hierbas Ibicencas, prodotto in casa e tradizione di famiglia da oltre un secolo.
