Palazzo Cafe Bar is a trendy and vibrant café located in the heart of Ayios Nikolaos city, in Lassithi area. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, plus it's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of specialty coffee or savour on a delicious breakfast. The menu offers a wide range of options, from classic Greek breakfast dishes to interesting options for sandwiches and salads. I tried the "kayianas" (the Greek version of scrambled eggs), served with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and herbs and it was just incredible. Also, what I particularly liked about the place is its location: right on the beach and also in the heart of the city.
