Grand View Point at Utah's Canyonlands National Park is the perfect spot for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike. Located at the south end of the Island in the Sky district, a short paved path of 300 feet will take visitors to an impressive viewing area. Here, visitors will enjoy breathtaking views for miles with informational signs pointing out various features such as the La Sal Mountains, Monument Basin, and The Needles. For those seeking more of an adventure, an unpaved path can take them even further out for over a mile, but it is suggested they bring water and sun protection due to the park's intense heat. No matter the length of the journey, visitors to this magnificent overlook are sure to be rewarded with stunning vistas worthy of their efforts.
