Liz Lake is a trail in Paint Lake Provincial Park which takes about 2 hours to complete. The best times to hike this trail are May through October, but be aware that mid June-mid August, the mosquitoes are INSANE! You also don't get much view of the Lake on the trail, so it's an okay trail overall.
