Pine Tree Arch spans 149 feet and can be accessed from the Devil's Garden Trailhead, about 18 miles from the park entrance. The trail is flat and also passes by Tunnel Arch and can continue another 0.5 mile to Landscape Arch. So if you're looking for an easier loop in Devil's Garden, I'd suggest seeing these three.
