✨ Welcome to Singing Canyon, a very short slot canyon located off the Burr Trail in the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument just outside of Boulder, Utah. If you’re spending any time driving highway 12 near Boulder or Escalante, I’d definitely recommend this quick little stop, if nothing more than to scream, shout, and stretch your legs.
🗺️ From Boulder, drive the Burr Trail for 11.2 miles and park at the large pull out on the left side of the road. This drive is paved the entire way from Boulder so anyone can make it. It doesn’t turn dirt until you get closer to Capitol Reef
💡 As far as slot canyons go, it’s not the most narrow or exciting, but the acoustics are so FUN — hence the name — Singing Canyon. My daughter loved this one because she could yell, sing, and play without a worry in the world.
