If you're taking this drive, make sure to take your time, stop at any/all the viewpoints and take it all in. Keep an eye out for any sea life that could be passing too. There's two roads to get to Coumeenoule beach and Dunquin but I'd definitely recommend this way.

Slea Head Crucifix” ~ A major landmark along the Slea Head Drive is this Crucifix at Slea Head (Ceann Sléibhe in Irish). It marks the boundary between two Church Parishes –Dingle Town Parish & the Parish of Ballyferriter – and has been named the "Cornerstone of the Peninsula"
