The Grand-Place in Brussels, Belgium is a great place to discover the unique history of this city. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is known for its amazing architecture, and interesting events and celebrations that take place here year-round. Get ready to explore one of Europe's most beautiful squares! The square was built in the 11th century and offers incredible Baroque guildhalls, the City's Flamboyant Town Hall and the neo-Gothic King's House. You can marvel at the remarkable architecture while taking part in fun-filled events such as the annual flower carpet, Ommegang of Brussels or a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. There's something for everyone at the Grand-Place, so come check it out!
