To hike from Warner Lake to Oowah Lake begin following the well-defined trail from the parking area next to Warner Lake campground. Shortly after passing Warner Lake you'll reach a 4-way trail intersection. Follow the signs for Oowah Lake. From there continue hiking downhill until you reach the road, then follow the road up to Oowah Lake. If you have 2 vehicles you can park one at the bottom so you don't have to hike back up, which is obviously the most challenging piece of the hike.
Now, to be honest, the trail itself isn't that fun - it's rocky, steep, and rutted out in many places. But if you time your hike right during the fall you'll find yourself hiking through a golden aspen forest, which isn't something that most trails in Moab can offer. This is also a good option during warmer months when it's too hot to hike in the desert.
