Do check out the infamous Cappella dei Pazzi, once belonging to the Pazzi family responsible for the Conspiracy at the Cathedral. You’ll notice how empty is it, with most of its frescoes stripped down form the walls. Once a beautiful chapel, mirroring the frescoes that can be observed today in the Medici Chapels, this place stands as an eternal reminder of Lorenzo the Magnificent’s ire and his attempt to erase this family from the history of Florence to take revenge.
