This hike (I always start from Kloof Nek Parking) is great if you want to move, enjoy amazing views but don't feel like a hard workout. Aka it's the perfect afterwork hike! The Pipe Track follows the contour of Table Mountain. It is rocky in some places, but not steep. The trail offers beautiful views over Camps Bay and of the 12 Apostles while you just stroll along the mountain. In total its almost 10 kilometers long but you can turn around at any time or continue to Woody Ravine or even further towards Corridor Ravine. The route is very popular at weekends, for dog owners, families with kids or trail runners. On hot days, it is nice and cool in the early morning as the sun goes over the mountain in the morning. After work you have beautiful sunset views and trees for some shade in some places.
