🇬🇧 This might just be the best restaurant I have been to outside of Sarajevo! The service is really outstanding, the coffee excellent and the food nothing but delicious! Tours of the park by bike, hiking tours and quads can be rented here.

By the way, the name of the restaurant also has an interesting history: in the past, robbers used to hide in the karst rocks on the route between the Croatian coast and Sarajevo – the Hajduks. They were well regarded by the rural population at the time because, like Robin Hood, they took from the rich and left the poor alone. The restaurant/hotel honors their heritage and even established their own Hajduk republic, with their own passports and currency. Guests can become citizens of the republic 😃

🇩🇪 Dies ist vielleicht das beste Restaurant, in dem ich außerhalb von Sarajevo war! Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend, der Kaffee ausgezeichnet und das Essen einfach köstlich! Touren durch den Park mit dem Rad, Wandertouren und Quads können hier gemietet werden.

Der Name des Restaurants hat übrigens auch eine interessante Geschichte: Früher haben sich auf der Route zwischen der kroatischen Küste und Sarajevo Räuber im Karstgestein versteckt – die Hajduks. Sie waren damals gut bei der Landbevölkerung angesehen, da sie wie Robin Hood von den Reichen nahmen und die Armen in Ruhe ließen. Das Restaurant/Hotel ehrt ihr Erbe und hat sogar eine eigene Hajduk-Republik gegründet, mit eigenen Pässen und eigener Währung. Gäste können Bürger der Republik werden 😃
