Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre is the largest theatre of the country. The venue of the theatre, designed by the architect Elena Nijolė Bučiūtė, was opened in 1974. The possibilities of some of the most modern stage techniques of that time expanded the artistic possibilities of staging various works. Here you will be able to see classical plays as well as contemporary ones. And the most important - you have to try the legendary hot chocolate during the break. Its recipe is the best kept secret of the theater!
