English Bay Beach is one of Vancouver's most popular and exciting beaches, located between Gilford St. and Bidwell St. It is bordered on one side by the iconic Stanley Park Seawall; running, biking, and rollerblading routes all intersect here. Visitors can rent kayaks and beach chairs/umbrellas to enjoy this stunning spot, and the Mobi-Mat accessible beach pathway allows those with mobility issues to easily access the beach. The park also offers concessions, public washrooms, sand volleyball courts, two water wheelchairs, swimming rafts with large slides, a lifeguard station, and pay parking.
