bericht van Erin Mushaway

The Museo de Arte Hispanoamericano Isaac Fernández Blanco is in Retiro, downtown Buenos Aires.

This is a museum housed in a beautiful Baroque mansion full of Spanish and Latin American art. Originally amassed by Isaac Fernández Blanco, an engineer with a passion for the violin, the museum boasts nearly 10,000 works including silverware, religious icons, paintings, furniture, and more.

Along with the incredible collection, the real star of the show is the home itself which transports you the an Andalusian garden.

Cafe: Inside the beautiful patio is a hidden cafe, come for coffee, cake and breakfast in the morning for one of the most peaceful corners of the city!
