Boab Prison Tree is a 1500 years old boab tree which is believed to have been used as a prison by Aboriginal people in the 19th century.

It's a nice spot to learn a bit about history and to have some context about boab trees which you'll see along the whole Gibb River Road.

Photo tip: use a wide angle lens to get the whole tree in the photo!
