The Homer Tunnel is an astounding feat of engineering connecting the picturesque Fiordland region to Te Anau and Queenstown, along State Highway 94. While you can't get out inside the tunnel or while waiting outside it's worth having your camera ready for the surrounds and interior which is quite unique.
