Agios Pavlos (Saint Paul) is a breathtaking, secluded beach located in Opiso Egiali within Selouda Bay, approximately 3 km east of Agia Roumeli and 6 km west of Loutro, at the mouth of the wild Eligia Gorge. Completely untouched by civilization, the only ways to reach this remote paradise are by boat or via a long trek along the E4 European Trail, which follows the coastline. The hike from Agia Roumeli takes approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
The beach features soft gray and brown sand and is nestled within a picturesque pine forest. While there are no facilities nearby, a small tavern offers food and water in the summer.
The surrounding pine trees provide ample shade, though they are set back from the shoreline, so bringing an umbrella is recommended for extra sun protection.
