The best part.. it even has a swing seat to relax in.. so cool!! It’s perched in a quieter spot, away from the usual miradouro circuit. That means you get a peaceful place to soak in the view of the coastline and rolling hills! Trust me you won’t want to leave!

Sunset, hands down. The golden light reflecting off the water and hills is next-level beautiful. Bring a drink, a snack, or just yourself and take in the moment. If you’re an early bird, sunrise is equally magical and even quieter.

Trilho do Tagarete

The Trilho do Tagarete is one trail you won’t want to miss. This popular route is a nice circular loop that starts and ends at the Miradouro do Tagarete, so it’s super easy to find. At about 5 kilometres long, it usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. As you hike, you’ll pass through some lush greenery, take in sweeping ocean views, and see a variety of local plants and wildlife. It’s a moderate hike, so make sure you’ve got a good pair of hiking shoes and maybe a light jacket just in case.
