The Riverside Museum is an award-winning museum in Glasgow1, home to many exhibits of national and international importance. From horse-drawn vehicles to fire engines, caravans to toy cars and prams, bicycles to motorcars, the Riverside Museum showcases a wide variety of interesting transport collections. The museum also houses accurate replicas of a pre-1977 Glasgow Subway station, along with 250 ship models which represent the contribution of the River Clyde and its shipbuilders and engineers to maritime trade and the Royal Navy.
The architecture of the building itself is also worth admiring.
