Chidorigafuchi Park is an historic and scenic park located in Chiyoda ward, Tokyo. The park contains a beautiful row of cherry trees planted by the British diplomat Earnest Satow in 1881, providing stunning views on the Hanzo Moat during spring blossom viewing parties - a popular activity among tourists. There are also points of interest such as a pond with classical statues, a large modern sculpture by the Mexican artist Taller Sebastian, and lookout platforms offering expansive views of the park. Outside of hanami season, visitors can take advantage of the nearby cafes, restaurants, embassies and museums for interesting attractions.
