This waterfall was the main reason we wanted to explore the Tetebatu area in Lombok. The region is known for its beautiful rice fields and numerous waterfalls. The entrance fee is 20K ($1) and the hike takes only about 5 minute. It leads you over a small bridge and through some water, so bring water shoes or slippers. The waterfall itself has a small natural pool where you can take a dip and enjoy the beautiful light coming through.
Even though it’s a hidden gem, it can get busy given the limited space. I recommend coming early in the morning, around 9 a.m. or before.
