Beach/cliff waterfall! Head down to the beach and towards your right.
When you arrive to Karioitahi beach, look up at your right and that's the cliff you climb to get to the waterfall. so just walk towards your right for about 3-5mins and you'll see a path heading up.
There's also rusted out cars scattered along the beach that you can hunt for!
