Message from Justice & Hannah Lynn Arceri

Robin Williams said it best: "You can tell me everything there is to know about Michelangelo, except you don't know what the inside of the Sistine Chapel smells like"

Well we do, and so can you!

We had a great tour, that allowed us into the chapel during the tour of the museum and the basilica. The tour guide was great as he prepared us by explaining it all outside with laminated pictures, as you cannot talk once you go inside. Highly recommend this tour.

The Sistine Chapel, located in Vatican City, is a famous chapel within the Apostolic Palace. It was built between 1473 and 1481 by Pope Sixtus IV and is renowned for its stunning frescoes by artists like Michelangelo. The chapel serves as a place for papal activities and the papal conclave where new popes are elected. With its rich history, beautiful artwork, and important role in the Catholic Church, the Sistine Chapel continues to attract visitors from around the world who marvel at its beauty and significance.
