"My name is Anna, and I truly love my work. I began my journey in massage therapy in 2002, in nutrition in 2017. I know the body can tell us so much. In my work, I practice myofascial massage techniques, which are more effective and provide visible results even after the first session. Unlike regular massage, myofascial massage focuses on the fascial tissues— the connective link between muscles and organs. One of its key principles is targeting tension points — areas where the fascia becomes tight and stiff, leading to soreness, restricted movement, or even the formation of folds and wrinkles. I use a variety of techniques, which I continuously refine, to soften and stretch these areas. Knowing that I help people feel healthy, confident, relaxed, and beautiful is what truly inspires me!"
