La Gran Sabana for sure is where the Gods rest, this peace of paradise on earth is probably the most unexplainable place I've been and for sure the pictures don't justify this place.

It is very complicated and expensive to go, actually I don't suggest you to go by yourself but trust me this place is truly magical.

Here you must go by 4x4 truck. from Caracas the capital the shortest way to go is taking a plane until Puerto Ordaz and the 12 hours drive to La Gran Sabana, where there are thousands of waterfalls, rivers, viewpoints and nature where you could be as long as you want.

I always go 7 days and never want to leave. this place is very raw so the best way to visit it is camping in the middle of the nature and visit different campsites every day or every two days, but also you could decide to stay in indigenous guest houses and go every day to a different spot.

Trust me, from blue wells to green waterfalls and wells, to red rocks, I can barely describe the beauty of this place but what I really can't explain is the feeling of being there, disconnected with the internet but 100% connected with nature. trust me this place is simply amazing.

You already saw the pictures of this post but if you want to see more you can check this youtube video where you will find 10 of the best spots.
