Heading to Get Shucked is a must if you're on Bruny Island! Their oysters are harvested, shucked and plated up daily and you can see the farm while you're eating them - so it doesn't get much more fresh.
We went for the tasting plate to sample all the varieties with a beautiful drop of Tassie sparkling vino to wash it down.
If you're rushing to get back on the ferry you can even swing through the world's first oyster drive through!
