Message from Hello Emilie

Lake Amadeus is a massive salt lake located in the southwest corner of the Northern Territory in Australia, just north of Uluru. Stretching 180 kilometers long and 10 kilometers wide, it's the largest salt lake in the region. Despite containing up to 600 million tonnes of salt, harvesting it hasn't been practical due to its remote location. Legend has it that the lake was created by a water snake named wanampi. The explorer Ernest Giles first encountered Lake Amadeus in 1872 and named it after King Amadeo I of Spain.
