Incredible view point in barcelona, the parc around it is also super nice. Close at night so no sunset or sunrise possible from this point.

Lurking atop the Turó de la Rovira Hill, overlooking the lively city of Barcelona, lies a mystifying historical site known as Bunkers El Carmel. These former military fortifications, built during the Spanish Civil War in 1937, served as anti-aircraft guns for defending against enemy attackers. In the later part of the 20th century, many locals moved into the bunkers to take refuge, seeing them as forms of housing from the heavy poverty they were facing; this even led to a small shantytown being built, called Cannons neighborhood. Following 1992s' Olympic Games, most of the residents were repositioned and the bunkers were more or less forgotten until a project between the Carmelite Agency and the MUHBA unveiled it in 2011. Today the bunkers are an interesting oasis in the city of Barcelona, with stunning views, old slabs to recline on, and an underground museum recounting the area's jagged history.
