Message from Gardner

Kiftsgate Court Gardens is a remarkable creation of three generations of women gardeners that span over a century. Originally created by the heiress, Dame Amy Greville in the early 1900s, followed by her daughter Ann Berwick, who expanded and transformed it into one of the country's most beautiful gardens. Her granddaughter Dianna Johnson added to the unique beauty, creating an award-winning modernist wildlife pond in 2000. Visiting today, visitors can explore its remarkable and diverse gardens, taking in formal planting, wildflower meadows, ponds, and even its own natural stone bridge. With so much to delight all members of the family, Kiftsgate Court Gardens is truly a special place to visit.
