Alpenkräuter Restaurant Bären would be our first choice for a nice dinner in Wengen, with large windows to let in the view to the dining area.

They pride themselves on using fresh, seasonal products from the region and highlight alpine herbs, as highlighted in the name of the restaurant. The dishes are pretty and obviously prepared with care. They have a large selection of wine, both Swiss and international.

While it would be perfect for date night, the restaurant is usually filled with all sorts of hotel guests, including families. They have a children's menu with chicken nuggets, meatballs, and pasta.
